I have been living in a Stonecroft condo for the past two years. I am truly satisfied with my decision to purchase a Stonecroft property. Being a first time homebuyer I spent a great deal of time researching numerous locations and buildings before making my decision.

I was initially impressed with the quality of craftsmanship in my building. I feel that Stonecroft included a number of upgrades to both the common areas and the individual suites that many other buildings in the same price range did not. This includes great curb appeal for the exterior building, gorgeous entryways and large hallways. The suites all contained 7 appliances, 9-foot ceilings, crown moldings and heated floors. No other condos that I looked at were able to compete with the number of extras and the price.

Over the past two years I have continued to be impressed with the building. I have a number of friends who have purchased condos in the past few years and they all share the same complaint "Noise travels from unit to unit".
I can honestly say that I have yet to here any noise or sounds coming from another suite or the hallway.

I am happy to say that I have never once regretted my decision to buy to buy a Stonecroft property and would be happy to recommend Stonecroft to anyone.
